Refund and Returns Policy

According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014, Article 16, letter m (supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium), products delivered electronically (by e-mail, website or any electronic communication channel) are exempt from the right of return.

The product key is unique. Once you have activated it on a PC that key cannot be used by anyone else. For this reason product keys can NOT be returned.

All digital products sold by us have a warranty so we accept the return of non-functional products.

Some products may be non-functional due to an error in the transmission of product keys. Example: accidentally deleting a character in the product key making the product key incomplete or sending a different product key than the one ordered.

If there are any technical, activation or functional problems with the product keys, please contact us, we will check if that key has been activated and if these problems cannot be solved, we will replace the products or refund the full amount paid.

Return Policy for physical products

According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and performance of distance contracts, “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract”.

If you wish to return the purchased products, we guarantee you the statutory return period of 14 days from receipt of the product, PROVIDED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED/ACTIVATED!

For orders paid by credit card the amount will be refunded on the same card used for the transaction, within 3-30 days after acceptance of the return.

The amount refunded upon return for physical products will be the value of the products themselves. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
